Welcome to our Practice.
The Village Surgery is based in the South Liverpool NHS Treatment Centre in Garston on the site of the old Sir Alfred Jones Memorial Hospital. We serve people living in the L19 area and we are open Mon- Fri 8am - 6.30pm, we offer extended hours on Monday and Tuesday.
Patients have the choice of same day or pre bookable appointments, telephone consultations and home visits depending upon clinical circumstance. You can telephone the surgery to book an appointment or ask at the reception desk. Appointments are released at 8.30am for the morning surgery and at 12 midday for the afternoon and evening surgery. It is possible to book appointments online, you may also request your repeat medication online.
The Doctors here are able to also offer minor surgery and knee joint injections.
We have an active Patient Participation Group (PPG IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC) that meets bi-monthly and you are all most welcome to join us. Please speak to one of our receptionists if you are interested.
We welcome your feedback on how we can improve our service. Please speak to the Practice Manager or there is a suggestion box in front of our reception desk if you prefer.
